You can contact Barcelona airport for all general enquires on (+34) 902 404 704 or (+34) 91 321 10 00. These telephone numbers will take you through to AENA, the airport operator, and they will try to help you. They have an English service available, as well as Spanish. If your request is for a specific service, they may forward you to a different operator or give you a direct telephone number to call.

You can also send an email to bcninformacion@aena.es if you prefer and you will generally receive a reply within 1 working day. If you want to make a claim, a complaint or have a suggestion, please visit serviciostelematicos.aena.es where you can download a form, or fill out an electronic form.

One of the most common telephone numbers requested is for the Lost & Found office. Barcelona is a large airport, so it is quite common for items to get lost, with the volume of passengers passing through the airport on a daily basis. You can call the office directly on (+34) 932 596 440 or email them on objetosperdidosbcn@aena.es. Try to remember the last place you had your item, and if you have a picture, it would be good to send it via email. Please note that the Lost & Office is not for hold luggage that has been lost during your flight. You will need to contact your baggage handler for this.
